Signal Architect Data (AI Features)

If you use the "Signal Architect" or "Neural Calibration" features, we collect your quiz responses (including sleep habits and tinnitus status). This data is stored securely in our database and processed by our AI partners to generate your personalized audio profile.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how our application is used (timer usage, session duration) to improve the service.

Infrastructure & Third-Party Processors

We operate a fully serverless infrastructure and do not maintain physical servers. We rely on industry-leading third-party providers to ensure your data is secure and available.

  • Supabase: Our primary database and authentication provider. All user data is encrypted and stored on their secure servers.
  • Google AI (Gemini): We use Google's generative AI models to analyze your quiz answers and construct your custom audio signal. Your answers are sent to this API solely for this purpose and are not used to train public models.
  • Vercel: Our hosting provider, responsible for serving the application and maintaining global availability.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Web3Forms: For handling support form submissions.
  • Singular MMP: To measure and attribute marketing campaign performance. Singular collects anonymous device identifiers and interaction data to help us optimize our user reach.
